My Story
Born and bred in one of Mexico's most important tourist cities, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing after being part of an educational system with a humanistic vision. Then, I started my professional career in the Hospitality industry, where I fell in love with the importance of creating memorable experiences and listening to people's needs with empathy and humility, instead of solely focusing on cold relations to achieve goals based on numbers.
Over time, after completing a Master's Degree in Digital Strategy and one more in Business Administration, life allowed me to work with non-profit organizations, where I rediscovered the rewards of social impact and community commitment. To this day, life has placed me in the financial sector, leading me to face new challenges that allow me to grow in all aspects of my life.
My areas of specialization are customer relationship, business management, continuous improvement, and brand repositioning strategies. If I were to define my purpose, I would say it is to understand my client's needs and find creative solutions to drive their success. Furthermore, I enjoy exploring new trends and technologies to enhance brands' presence and help them stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

Beyond my professional activities, I prioritize maintaining good mental health and finding balance in life. Certainly, achieving balance isn't easy; it's a challenge to measure time and dedication to each aspect of life. But once it becomes a habit, it can be enriching.
I find inspiration in various activities that fuel my creativity and promote my overall well-being. I love getting lost in a good book, finding a creative outlet in drawing and photography, and connecting with nature through hiking.
